The hotel booking industry in South Korea covertly enabled privacy violations for profit, despite growing public concerns over spycam incidents—95% of victims being women. Despite widespread distrust, users continued using exploitative platforms due to a lack of viable alternatives.

sPresto set out to disrupt the industry by launching the first AI-powered hotel booking platform with built-in security solutions, balancing privacy, trust, and seamless UX to drive mass adoption.
